Our advanced systems will receive any change in your alarms state even if there is a major emergency and our communication centre loses total communication, the designed back-up centre will seamlessly take over and run the operation until the emergency is over

Report:
Working to your detailed instructions, our operators can report to you changes in your alarm state. Major incidents can also be reported to Police, Fire or other relevant authorities.

React:
Border Monitoring can dispatch a patrol to attend your business should your alarm be active. Border Security officers can remain on your property to guard if required Locksmiths, glaziers and other services can be sent to your premises to secure your building

Repair:
Should your alarm system need urgent after-hours fault repair, we can arrange for a Border Service Technician to attend and remedy any faults
